Photography has been a passion ever since I picked up my Dad's Yashica Lynx 5000 camera, in my school days. Over the years, my love for photography has grown and has merged with my love for natural subjects and their environment and with the people and places of India.

It is my endeavour to travel to various magical destinations and capture images of ancient forts, palaces, as well as the rich forests with their abundant flora and fauna. I have found India to be a great source of inspiration to photographers; it is always a challenge to come back from a trip with at least a few images which can be a source of joy, learning and inspiration to others.

While shooting on my expeditions, I always try to get images of beauty and those which can capture the atmosphere and essence of the location. If you can gather the fragrance and warmth from these images, I would have succeeded in my effort.
